Please Note the Below Requirements:
- This reader requires an ethernet connection or a stable WiFi connection using a business-class router.*
- This reader must be constantly connected to electricity.
- This reader works only with Molo's web application that can be run on Chrome or Firefox using a PC, mac, or large tablet.
- This reader must be on the same network as the computer or tablet you are using for point-of-sale.
- To prevent multiple staff members from disrupting each other while trying to take simultaneous payments it is necessary to order 1 reader for each workstation or POS station.
*A broadband internet connection is required with a business-class router. Home-office-quality routers or slow internet connections can delay payment processing times. Those with fuel docks or offices more than 328 feet from their network router should be using a fiber-optic connections between the router and remote sites to ensure no delays in payment processing.
