Requirements for the Mobile Reader:
- You must use the Mobile Reader using the Molo Manager app on one of the below devices. Mobile Reader does not connect to the Molo Webapp.
- The Mobile Molo Express Reader is supported only in the USA and Puerto Rico at this time.
- Each reader comes with lanyard to secure the reader to the staff member. However, we only provide a USB cable for charging and no wall adapter.
Compatible only with the following smartphones and tablets:
- Apple iPad
- Apple iPod Touch
- Apple iPhone
- Android Tablets Running Android 8 or Later**
- Android Smartphones Running Android 8 or Later**
Note: Outside the United States, the mobile reader is the model pictured with a keypad to support Chip+PIN.
